Very poor customer service!!!

Very poor customer service!!!Absolutely NOT recommended!This company should close, and franchise given to a better company with better customer service.

Terrible service

Terrible service. They don't care if you have been a loyal customer for years. Evenif you plead to take your concern sincerely their customer service has no sense of urgency! sad that I decided to switch after being with them for years just for terrible customer service i have experienced this week. They have issues here and there almost daily but it didnt push me to switch it is their customer service and technical team that made me do it! Disturbing part is the technician will call and drop the call whenever they call i needed to ask permission to step away so i can immediately connect with them ( during work hours) i even sent multiple texts to confirm im available so i can have my service fix but no response.( i was really in a hurry as I have client review the following day). Ending nobody came my plea was ignored i felt like the technician was too lazy to complete his task. I even shared my experience to my team of 17 and told them don't subscribe to SKY CABLE ever!!!! same goes with my friends who have been telling me to switch for months! My wifi is not for leisure it is my bread and butter.

You have daily technical problems and you are affecting my work. Your service has been so appalling. I will switch to different ISP since you have been causing so much stress. You are definitely not recommended.I've been requesting for a manager but your Supports are declining me to transfer me over. No billing adjustments at all.
