Very poor service. 3 weeks kami walang internet service from them. Nagexpect ako within 3 days maaayos na ung issue since sabi sa akin ng nacontact ko from sky is 24-48hrs ung waiting time para magarrive ung technician. Pero umabot na ng 2 weeks pero wala padin nangyayari.
Ang mas malala may outstanding balance na more than ₱7k. Nagulat ako dun since lagi naman kami nagbabayad sa kanila before due date, so it doesn’t make sense na may balance ako from them.
Aside from that, tuwing maulan usually walang pasok sa school ang mga bata and nagoonline class nlng instead. But tuwing maulan, minsan ambon nga lang, wala na agad internet connection, which is very frustrating. Mas mahal pa binabayad namin para magkadata lng para mareplace ang no internet ng Sky.
In the end, I chose to terminate my account and lumipat sa ibang service provider. Never again SKY.

Sky failed to deliver internet service. Newly installed service but after a week we experience outage. Outage took a week to resolve then after one month of install we have another outage. Fb and kyla responded no outage but their chat support says otherwise.
Kyla is useless. It is not possible to contact SKY in any way other than through their Kyla bot. No phone numbers, no email, nothing. Kyla cannot deal with any problem. I have been trying to cancel my account with Sky for three months. I no longer have their service, yet they keep billing me. It is impossible to cancel their service or stop them billing. Kyla sympathises but cannot solve the problem.
My internet has gone out and while it usually comes back after a while this time it has not (3 days and counting). Their customer complaints system is done through a bot called Kyla. Even when indicating a service problem and making selection of speaking to person you are kept online with occasional messages that they are busy and to keep waiting. My record was 5 hours online. No ability to log service failure, no one coming to fix it. Basically take your money and cannot get hold of them again.
Worst Customer Service ever. We have been trying to reach them about a couple of concerns that involves our bill. They are unreachable over the phone and can only support through chat. They just kept on delaying the concern by asking us to fill out a bunch of forms all the time. At the end of all the customer service chat, they will ask you to complete a survey. Ive been giving them all 5 star which I regret now cause my concern has not been catered at all. Its been weeks and none fixed my concern. I have stopped using my Sky account and requested cancellation so we don't get billed but they kept ignoring us. We do not need the service anymore. But they wont cancel it. No one we can speak to. Cause they do not accept termination of accounts and they kept the bill on. Which I will raise a concern higher soon enough.
Worst channel ever everytime the wifi the cable does not work it's sometimes not working weak internet this channel is a waste of money and when we ask them for help they don't reply they always say maintainance blah blah blah worst experience ever this is why my family is moving to smart tv I hope the people reading this review thinking of subscribing don't waste your money for this channel and however subscribe to it please change rather a different channel or smart tv thanks sky cable for stealing filipinos money and giving us the worst experience ever
Worst experience I have ever had. 6 years and the first 4 years fantastic. 5 the year a few problems down for at least 1 day every month. 6th year down for at least 10-13 days per month. KYLA useless. Some of the agents tried hard, but one told me they could they could NOT provide the service required.
Gone completely down the drain after they were bought up.Before the acquisition, i could get an answer within 5 minutes on their FB. Now they take anything from 4-9 hours to respond. They have zero phone numbers you can reach them on, and it seems whatever numbers that is floating around the web is blocked off one by one. This company seems to do EVERYTHING to alienate their customer base.IF you ever reach them, they dont answer to any criticism, They are trained to avoid it and use their stupid templates to answer you. They dont even seem human anymore.With all the problems i have had with them with countless hours of downtime and technical issue. Not a single peso in compensation has been given. I have paid my last bill to this travesty of a company.
