As vast majorities of customers stated already, this is a 'legal' scam operation, specifically designed to take your money. They will go to extraordinary lengths not to fulfil their commitments, making it very difficult and complicated and time consuming. They count on this and, eventually, hope that one will forget about the continuous costs of membership altogether, while at the same time, making it almost impossible to gain any benefits whatsoever. In simple words, this is bulls....UPDATE: 19/09/2024I received the message from Mytimerewards, asking me to provide more info, otherwise, my review may be taken offline. I assume, this is yet another way of trying to supress negative reviews. You’ll notice their generic response to my original review. It is the same reply, sent to all other negative reviews, in which they’re telling us how wrong we are; that ‘Mytimerewards generates significant cashbacks, and whatnot.’ This is misleading. Perhaps, if they were to make things easier and less complicated and time consuming, perhaps that would have been the case, but as I said, they are making it purposely complicated and difficult, thus hoping that one would eventually give up on trying. They state that they are happy to help, but I just need to provide them with some additional details, my name and email address. Erm, my review is public, with my full name. I’ve communicated with them via email on 3 or 4 different occasions in the last 7 days or so, explaining everything and providing all details. If they truly wanted to help and make things right, they could have simply searched for my name in their emails and/or membership account; and, as if by magic, all could have been revealed, including my membership number and my request. I tried their offer, but was declined 3 times. And every time, they asked for additional information and/or made excuses as to why my request was declined. Once provided with the information they asked for, they would simply ask for something new. Example: Invoice from the National Express. National Express DOES NOT issue receipts for online sales, (this is stated on their website), and they must know this anyway, so why ask for it then. I sent them png file as a proof of sale, (which is accepted according to Mytimereward’s website), with my name/date and everything they asked for. Received reply that png file is NOT accepted as a proof of sale and that I should forward a confirmation email from National Express.Finally, I sent them that too, which is exactly the same as my previous png file, but had to do it from another email address. This was declined as well, on the basis of sale being on the same date as my reward activation. At this stage, I realised they are simply looking for excuses and making things complicated. I already spent too much time dealing with this and it simply wasn’t worth it. I stand by my review. Their offer is utter bull... and their ‘modus operandi’ is clearly calculated in such way to make things as complicated and time consuming, so customers simply give up and forget about the membership altogether, while at the same time paying membership for several months afterwards. Huge majority of identical reviews from different people and different times speaks volumes about your operation. Mytimereward, you are useless and your only interest is your own, which isn’t a bad thing necessarily, providing you play fair and fulfil your own commitments. The problem is that you are actively working to deceive your customers and then lie about it.
I'm very satisfied with the money saving for starters and it is also nice that you are appreciated as a customer with getting a welcome reward and the honesty. I recently got my welcome reward which was very handy for me, there's plenty of options for savings and discount not only shopping but for days out, activities too. I am very happy so far and have already got a few friends interested too.
I have been being charges £18 per month for both Complete Save and My time rewards. I have not received the the emails that were claimed to be sent out. I certainly did not sign up to Cash My rewards. I've been paying £36 per month for a total waste of space SCAM. Cancelled them both.
