How has this company managed to take 18 quid out my bank account when I haven’t signed up to anything? This is illegal. I literally don’t use cash or card just Apple Pay. Someone has illegally got my card details and signed me up to this. I’ve contacted bank to report them for fraudulent activity. Reading reviews about people having accounts set up without their knowledge. How are you supposed to report companies like this for this type of fraud. What a joke
Like others caught out in this. The company knows that they are exploiting people. The phone stores the card, and your details, press their button unknowingly when you make a transaction with a certain retailer ( it may be even an opt out, because I didn't sign up, and didn't know) and they sign you up to their membership not knowing untill £18 is withdrawn from your account. I have cancelled the membership, I logged in to your website for the first time today with all my details that you have on me, which I didn't ask for you to have, probably a GDPR breach, and I cancelled the membership. I would like a refund for lack of transparency, but I guess this is the SCAM as people here report it to be, I won't get it back. I hope all the complaints and bad reviews is worth my money. Can you confirm the account is closed please.Edit: The problem is, there is no manual input on the phone, the name, address, and bank details were automatically inputted by the phone. If is was manual, then there wouldn't be any complaints!
You guys keep taking £18 out of my card but I’ve never even signed up for a membership or anything I don’t even have a an account to you guys and by reading other reviews it’s happening to other people aswell you guys are scammers
