Total ripoff of money. never got back any signup bonus of cashback, their procedure is too confuisng that despite completing the procedure for the cashback twice it never got through. and they sign you up with CUSTOMER SAVINGS as well without clearly specifying, they both charged money and didnt gave back anything.
This is a scam, I've just noticed £18 gone out of my account and I didn't sign up for anything so will be demanding a refund and ignore the pillock giving a 5 star review, it's obviously a plant probably put there by the company themselves. Oh, and I've tried cancelling but the website to contact doesn't exist.
I felt I have to write a review because of all the negative comments that clearly shows incompetence by these people. The company is legit, and you have to enter your address, banking details and click you agree to the conditions of membership. I did, I fully understood what the site offers and how it benefits me, and the cost involved. I wish people took responsibility for their own actions or if another family member uses their card details...You buy from the Trainline as an example. A popup asks you would you like £20 cashback, if so click here. Guess what folks? Yes you clicked it and then put in your details... Just like I did.Just a review to try and highlight user error.
Took 18.00 pound of my money from my bank so I cancelled my card then 2 weeks later they stole another 18.00 pound with the new bank details. Never had a subscription no idea how they got my details complete SCAM . Dont reply you are liars and thieves
Took out £18 from my bank on 7th May, i reported it. Then again took another £18 on the 18th May. I today contacted my bank and cancelled the subscription although i never remembered signing up for it or even seeing the page but it had apparently happened through the prettylittlething checkout. Hoping i can get a refund.
