I made a purchase Aug 4 which has not been delivered. Post office stated fraudulent postage as to why they could not deliver. When I contacted TinyThinkers Customer Service they only provide tracking which I can see but has not been updated since Sept 17. It is also a hidden subscription so my card has been charged twice. I was able to cancel the subscription but am now unfortunately out $60 with no product to show. When I try contacting customer service, I received an update that they have a new email address. I have asked for either delivery of the product or a reimbursement for the initial product charge. I no longer am receiving responses. Either a scam or poorly ran business.
I would really love to give this company zero stars. Do not purchase anything from this Tinythinkers. I ordered the Learning books back in June or July 2025 for 49.99 plus shipping and handling. The books came sometime in August. I found out I was in a subscription closer to the end of August. As soon as I found out I went to Tinythinkers website and canceled the subscription. September rolled around and then they took another 29.99 off my credit card again. I went to the bank and they had given me a phone number to call. I called the phone number and left messages. There were no answer or returned calls. I then started sending emails back to back about canceling my subscription. My emails started getting rejected. I kept emailing them no response then a rejection. Finally someone maned Jennifer emailed me saying how to cancel the subscription. I emailed her again and said cancel this subscription and refund me my money. No response. Now just a day or two ago she responded again saying going forward my subscription would be canceled and they would not charge for the subscription again. A whole 2 months later. That's a mess. I had to cancel my credit card for just in case they still try to charge my card again. This company is a fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE IN A NEVER ENDING SUBSCRIPTION.
No workbooks were ever recieved. They also dont tell you that they bill you every month of $29.95 and refuse to cancel. We have had to file a lawsuit against this bogus company. Here 4 months later and 4 different request to stop they are still charging me and many others that have come forward. Don't waist your time or money
SCAM do not buy this product, save your $35.00 similar product the Grove . Mine was delivered to wrong address. After trackingpkg U.S.P.S had it returned to sender. Then got email saying pkg was returned to overseas warehouse to be destroyed they would not refund my money. I filed a complaint with BBB.
It’s a SCAM. You may receive what you purchased, however they will continue to charge your credit card. I received the 2nd unauthorized charge a month later in almost the same amount. If you are not checking your account you may not notice the multiple charges because it looks like your original purchase.
This company is a scam. I wanted to purchase something for my daughter that’ll help her educationally. Not only did the products NOT HELP, the purchase automatically subscribes you to a membership that does nothing for you at all! This is definitely wrong. Do not purchase anything from this company.
Product is fine. Costumer service is TERRIBLE! They will lie about their policies just to keep your money. I have my bank involved on trying to get my money back but this is definitely a scam. The renewal I did not authorize showed they were not shipping me out anymore material, which means they are just stealing.
Such a scam. The products are good enough, but they repeatedly bill you and claim that you opted in for a monthly subscription. I did no such thing. Now I am having to fight them, contact my credit card company, and I cannot even use the website to access said "subscription" to cancel it.
I ordered a writing kit for my grandchild and per the mediocre tracking info, it was delivered 9/17/25 (from China via USPS). However it’s 9/19/25 and still no package to be found. Clicking tracking info for third party comes up in Mandarin so I can’t even read it. Also, beware that when you purchase this kit, somehow it’s a subscription….for what, I have no clue. Your BEST way to reach customer service is via their email because the site “contact us” doesn’t seem to respond at all. I did get a reply from customer service with a confirmation the subscription was canceled, but clearly I just gave my money away because I have no product. Extremely disappointed.
