I had arranged access to a significant site, but upon my arrival at the designated place, I was unable to locate the tour guide, and my calls went unanswered. After asking several people for assistance, I reached out to you, only to receive invalid tickets that did not grant entry.
This feels like a scam. The offline audio guide was nonfunctional. We ended up paying double the ticket price without receiving any added value. It was the worst experience ever! This travel agency should lose its license, and reputable sites should cease partnerships with them.
We purchased our tickets online in advance, and checking in to meet our guide was straightforward. The organization was impressive, with numerous tours starting simultaneously. They provided headphones and audio receivers for everyone, which I appreciated! We could hear our guide perfectly, even when he was speaking softly or from a distance. Our guide was effective, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor, clearly passionate about his job. He balanced a structured script with spontaneous commentary and addressed all our questions. The tour was well-organized, and he kept us informed about what to expect throughout the 3-hour experience.
Our guide, Dante, was very informative, thorough, and humorous! He offered a fantastic tour that covered all major areas, highlighting their rich history and cultural significance. He also has a knack for photography. Highly recommend him and this tour to enhance your experience and discover hidden gems.
This is not an official site! Avoid purchasing from them! I'm trying to cancel my Louvre museum tickets. The website does not clearly indicate that you are buying from an agency, leading you to believe it's official. It doesn’t make sense to buy from a foreign company while traveling in another country, yet the misleading domain makes it appear legitimate. They should be using the correct address to sell tickets like other reputable sites.
