NAC were easy to contact

NAC were easy to contact. The response to my problem was quick. The tech irian was polite, cheerful and efficient. The problem was diagnosed and a replacement part ordered immediately. The part was fitted as soon as it was available. The technician explained what the part was and how it had been fitted. I now have a functioning refrigerator.. I would certainly use NAC again

Great first repair job with NAC.

Communication from the company was spot on. Christopher turned up during the advised time slot. He didn't take long to identify then fix the issue, such the dishwasher is working again.Will use NAC again if required.

Excellent Service

Customer service was friendly and efficient and they were able to arrange an appt for the very next day. The technician arrived promptly, explained the issue clearly, and left everything clean and tidy. Parts were delivered and fitted within the week. From start to finish a very positive experience.
