Great communication direct with…

Great communication direct with engineer who came when he said he was going to. The washing machine fix wasn’t straight forward but the engineer worked through and now I have a perfectly functioning like new washing machine and a very reasonable cost and way cheaper than a replacement. I would recommend this company to anyone absolutely

Great communication the engineer arrived at the time he said he wouldThe fault with the washing wasn’t straight forward the engineer worked through and machine is now working perfectly. So pleased and at a reasonable cost and way cheaper than a new machine. These guys have great knowledge and it’s a fantastic service and could highly recommend them to anyone

Avoid NAC at all cost

I paid them to repair the water function on my fridge, backed by a 90-day guarantee. The same fault reoccurred within that period, clear evidence that the repair was not done properly. When I contacted them on day 91 (the first working day after it failed), they flatly refused to help.Their own terms and conditions clearly state that the fault must occur within 90 days. Nowhere does it say you must also report it within that time. Despite this, NAC used a technicality to wash their hands of the problem.Their responses to my complaint were AI-generated (as are their responses to the 1-star reviews on TrustPilot!), generic, and robotic, completely ignoring the facts. They showed zero accountability, zero willingness to resolve the matter, and zero regard for consumer rights. I have now had to escalate this to Trading Standards.A guarantee is worthless if the company refuses to stand by it, and customer service is meaningless when it amounts to nothing more than AI-scripted brush-offs. NAC has demonstrated both.Think twice before handing over your money. You may well end up with the same fault, no support, and pay to have the repair rectified by another reputable company.If I could, I would give them no stars, but with TrustPilot, the minimum you can give is 1 star!

Poor job and dangerous

I don't normally leave reviews, let alone negative ones but the service I received from this group was very poor. I asked them to repair the lower part of our double oven. The fact that they still charged £100 for a failed repair was understandable as they were clear about that up front. However, the repairman also managed to break the top oven and grill while doing so, which were working fine beforehand. We ended up having to replace the entire unit but when the engineer man came to install it he found that the previous repairman had damaged the gas pipe behind the oven causing a small leak. We had to get a plumber in to fix it for £100+ on top of everything and had a gas leak for well over two weeks unknowingly. I complained to the company weeks aho but have heard nothing since. Don't use. They're blatantly dangerous and don't care so long as they have your money.EDIT: Please note that NAC just uses the same copy/pasted reply to every negative review.

I would never use this company again

I would never use this company again. They charged me £260 to repair my washer and I could have bought a new one for that. They have ignored my formal complaint.These reviews are not representative of the facts. If you look on Yell those reviews give the truth about how NAC treat their customers.They don’t value their customers They say that their repairs are covered by a warranty but then they say you are not covered and charge you another £100 for a call out. They will give me a standard response to this review instead of resolving my complaint.As I said I got their standard response!! Again ! No response to my formal complaint that I sent to them. I am being ignored. So don’t use them go somewhere genuine and honest.

Looked up on google for an Engineer to…

Looked up on google for an Engineer to come and look at my freezer and looked at reviews from different companies, I come across NAC the company which had a few good reviews and was local and managed to get an appointment for 4 days later.The Engineer was very polite and had a looked at the freezer and said it needed a couple of things and if I wanted it repaired to give him a call.He charge me £75.00 for the call out which was for a 10/15mins visit.Within two hours a send the Engineer a text saying to tell him to go ahead and order the parts for my freezer to be repaired which he abnoledge.I waited 2 weeks and herd nothing from him, so I sent him a message again and replied that he was waiting for one item.Waited again for 3 weeks and sent another message to him, this time I have had no reply at all and still waiting from him to reply after another month of waiting.I guess this Engineer I had just comes out to get the call out charge, but NOT INTERESTED IN THE WORK.WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN.Maybe I should of named the person here, but I guess not all the Engineers are the same.

Perfect

Managed to get an appointment to fix my mums oven really quickly. Knowledgeable engineer and knew what needed to be done. Part was ordered and installed within a couple of days, really great service, one happy mum.
