Filing a complaint about online fraud...

I am submitting a complaint about an online shopping fraud I encountered on a certain website. On November 1, 2025, I ordered a product and my payment was processed successfully, but I never received the item. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I received no response from the seller. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the address on the site leads to a police station, raising doubts about the seller's legitimacy. It seems they are deceiving customers by taking payments without delivering products.

Order never arrived

The order was never delivered. The service has been terrible; I followed up but still haven’t received anything. I ordered directly from the company for quicker delivery and ended up paying more. I thought this would guarantee timely arrival, but I was mistaken. I ordered on September 21, and as of October 15, there's still no sign of my order. I ended up ordering the same item from another seller, which arrived today. I have requested a refund but received no response. Overall, the service has been dreadful and unresponsive.

This platform is a scam!

I sincerely hope people avoid any interaction with this service. Their ethics seem nonexistent, and their customer support is lacking.

AVOID! £40 Return Nightmare

I ordered a £40 cap that didn’t fit and requested a return. After sending it back, it was returned to me with a 'gone away' notice. I noticed the address on their site had changed, so I went through the return process again, only for the cap to be sent back to me again, citing 'access issues.' I've wasted nearly £50 and countless hours trying to return this item. The company clearly lacks a functional returns policy. This experience has been extremely frustrating. AVOID!

Oh no...

Oh no... I fell into the trap of this service. I went online to buy a hat and was promised a discount code via email, which never arrived. I went ahead and purchased the hat anyway, but my card was charged without receiving a confirmation. The only update I got was a shipping notice, and now it seems stuck in a warehouse. It's been a week, and I’m beginning to doubt if I’ll ever receive it. If it doesn’t arrive soon, I’ll have to contact my bank for a refund.

Misleading Sales Practices

I ordered several items during a sale, including one full-price item. Three days after my order shipped, I was informed that all sale items were out of stock, and only the full-price item was sent. This is misleading, especially since they shipped the order days prior. I would like a refund for the inconvenience!

Poor After-Sale Service

The after-sale service is very poor. I ordered a blue neck warmer but received a purple one instead. I want to return it, but I have to cover the return shipping. I haven't received any response to my request for a free return label since the item I got was not what I ordered. I wouldn't recommend ordering through their website.
