If there was a minus stars you would definitely. Be very careful when dealing with this company -unless of course you have money to throw away. The customer service is appalling. They talk the talk …but don’t hold your breath waiting for something to happen. They are shocking. I honestly do not know how they are still trading.
Used to be good, but today the 24th of December we have been told that our Christmas wine order has been lost in transit and they are unable to provide a replacement. We now have absolutely nothing!! £50 credit to our account is little help or compensation at such a late hour.
If I could give -0 stars I definitely would! Ordered case on 13 December so it would be here for weekend (delivery was to be Wednesday last week! ) been on and off phone and emails with excuse after excuse! Yesterday told extra staff employed to get wines on the road last night so would have for Xmas, just been notified case did not make it so NO WINE for xmas….. Furious, is an understatement of how I feel…. Been an Angel for 14 years! No anymore….. Absolutely appalling service!!!!!!!
Definitely would give a 0 if I could. What a vile company. Paid into naked wine all year and I have no Christmas delivery. I had been promised all week that it would turn up before Christmas Eve as I’d ordered it in plenty of time. Obviously it didn’t. So I have no wine and champagne for Christmas. I have found out this evening that the company has major financial issues and my alcohol was probably not even on its way. So the way it looks at the minute, they have stolen my money and I have literally no chance of getting it back. Thankfully I have cancelled my subscription so they can’t take any more money and I’ll wait to see if I get a refund. This company never reply to emails and don’t answer phone calls very often. If they do answer the phone they just give you a load of rubbish about your order just to get you off the phone. They are a vile untrustworthy company and I would totally avoid. All being well they won’t be around much longer
We ordered 2 large cases as we saved up the money for Christmas on 12th December…no delivery…had an email Christmas Eve saying they had a problem with delivery…had to go and spend money getting wine….which was not accounted for…am going to try and get our money refunded into our bank account…wish me luck😬
