Dreadful delivery service

The wines are pretty good. But!!My problem is the awful delivery service. Even paying £7.99 extra for a guaranteed delivery day, does not guarantee anything. They rarely deliver on the stated date. Absolutely useless!I am cancelling my subscription.

Loss of money.

Have been a member of Naked Wines for 5 years but 2 years ago decided to go tea total. I have approximately £400 still in my account but they refuse to return any money back even though I have contacted them numerous times. I’ve now given up. They are aware of this situation but continue to text and email me with offers even though I have told them I am no longer a member and repeatedly unsubscribed from receiving their emails & texts. Feel harassed and of course out of pocket and were so close to Christmas ☹️.

Be very careful

Like others, also ordered one case last December as a gift, no mention of a subscription service, and have found out months later I have a £160 credit, which they wont return and I dont drink wine!

Nice Wine, really bad delivery service.

I have been a subscriber to Naked Wines for 14 years, and I agree with most of the other current reviews. The wine itself is very good and allows you to enjoy wines from small suppliers, very laudable, very nice.The problem is the delivery service that they use. 3 of the last 4 orders I have placed have been late, usually by up to a week. This has been blamed on procedural changes in the warehouse but more recently has been down to their contracted delivery company failing to turn up on the designated day or even at all, they have even lied to cover up their non-attendance, often there is no e-mail notification of the time slot for your delivery (from either the delivery company or Naked Wines themselves).Any e-mail or complaints you send in may well be answered with 24 hours but this does not have much sway on the delivery company. And the delivery is already missed.I would use them but only if you are incredible flexible in your delivery collection ability.

Non approved payment

after a promotional purchase some months ago i noticed that they has take additional payment out of my account. There was no agreement or contract signed, no notification. in other words they were illegally removing money from my account. i spoke to them with regards this matter and they are fully aware that the process is not compliant and refunded me straight away as long i was not going to proceed with this matter

Great wine & customer service

Great wine, good prices, easy delivery. The best part of this is the customer service. I've been using Naked Wines since 2019. I have had to get in touch when I have made a subscription order by mistake / to the wrong address etc and they have been so easy to get hold of on the phone and really helpful. The £25 a month angel fee is worth it for great wines, and good discounts.
