My partner and I used Napthens as our conveyancing solicitors, our assigned conveyancing executive Ellie Green has been nothing but amazing from start to finish. As first time buyers we heard so much about people having hard times chasing solicitors and we were dreading it however Ellie was on the ball and always kept us up to date with where the purchase process was up to. I couldn't recommend Ellie highly enough.
Zainab managed the purchase of my first property and was nothing short of amazing. I was pressured to move out of my rental property by 14 December and she did everything in her power for completion on this date. I could always get through to Zainab when needed and she always set my expectations and kept me updated throughout. After a previous property falling through this year and another I had to pull out of due to family health issues, I was overdue in putting roots down in my first home and Zainab helped me achieve this, thank you!
I must start by saying how professional Napthens Solicitors are. My case was long and challenging. I first met Helen Lucking (Head of Family Law) in January 2020. A very knowledgeable and experienced solicitor, most understanding of my situation. She gave me the confidence boost I needed, as we embarked on Divorce proceedings. However, Covid’19 played a huge part in delaying the process. And in mid 2021, unfortunately my husband passed away before the divorce was completed. I then found myself in semi limbo, until Helen suggested I seek advice from Nicola Turner, Senior Associate in Napthens Litigation team. Also Emma Andersen her colleague, who I first met during my divorce. I can’t speak highly enough of their tact and skill in handling my Litigation case. Nicola is decisive yet encouraging and we moved forward to successfully secure and achieve a positive outcome. After almost 3 years I feel I have closure. So a huge thank-you to Helen, Nicola and Emma for all their help, support and reassurance throughout. Both departments work was faultless. It’s important to have confidence in the people who represent you. With prompt reply’s to emails and phone calls, giving informed updates from start to finish.
