In my opinion, their total incompetence was very costly and enormously frustrating. Sophie Ward asked for documents already supplied repeatedly, asked for irrelevant information, made costly spelling mistakes which took up weeks of delays, involved employment solicitors when none were needed and the list goes on. We have reported her to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority who are looking into our case.

They made very little progress with my case and it cost me a considerable amount of money. I ended up contacting the legal ombudsman as I felt the costs did not reflect a fair outcome. They did deduct a set amount in my favour.
