On time

I took the coach to the Luton Airport. Booking is realtively easy and cost of the travel is affordable. Coach was already waiting for us and arrived on time. They are of very good quality, very comfortable.

Last month I was in Birmingham the bus 7.40 pm was delayed. This month the same problem with the same bus 7.40pm. You need sort it out. One things the driver did not scan the tickets. How you can know who’s on the bus.

Zero communication

Journey out was great but our return coach was over an hour late. I understand delays happen but we received ZERO information no one at Victoria coach station had any details or even seemed to care, disappointing as it put a dampener on a great day. If they’d simply told us all it would be an hours wait we could have gone and grabbed a drink or some food instead of standing like idiots watching multiple other coach’s pull up and depart from our stop
