Poor customer communication

The coach was late, which is understandable given the weather situation which was cold and heavy rain.. but the driver sat in his seat doing his paperwork whilst asked if we can board due to the weather we were totally ignored and delayed a further 15 minutes

Recent trip to London from Nottingham

Recent trip to London from Nottingham. 3 hour journey and me and my 7 year old daughter were freezing,absolutely no heating on bus. I couldn’t feel my feet. Always use your services when travelling to London but not sure now. Not acceptable sorry.
