We do not live in the UK and we found the National Express booking system to have good information about the options we needed to consider for our trip. We have great confidence that our trip will be as professional as the booking system.
Booking I found straightforward so long as you do not have a query. If it's not answered by National Express' FAQ's or e-chat (which was unavailable for whatever reason when I tried) and no phone contact number, my travel query remained unanswered.
I use national express as I find your staff very pleasant and helpful,your coaches clean and comfortable and the journeys on time or reasons for delays explained. Your app is easy to use for booking a journey. I wanted to use My Account to save a booking fee as it tells me I should do this ,every time, after I’ve booked. !I tried for a long time and was very frustrated as I was unable to do this .
