This is my 3rd purchase I believe. The piggies go absolutely nuts for the forage trays! All trays have been tried, and each one is a hit. They love the forage packs too - I sprinkle some on their hay and it's good enrichment for them for the next hour or so! Once dispatched, it was sent with a tracked 24hr service so that's a huge bonus as well. Highly recommend Nature's Own products!
Just came online to order some more wood shavings and hay for my guinea pigs from Nature’s Own and realised I’ve never left a review and really should. I exclusively use Nature’s Own to buy all of my guinea pigs’ wood shavings, hay, etc. - such good quality (they popcorn every time they get fed the meadow hay), great to support an independent business, never had any issues with delivery which is always super prompt - and they always include lovely handwritten notes! I’ll continue to use them as long as I have my piggies.
I have two male guinea pigs and ordered a variety of hay and forage for them. The ordering process was easy and informative, the goods delivered promptly and quality is excellent. The proof of the pudding is always in the eating and the boys really enjoyed their new hays and forage last night.
I’ve tried so many different types of hay and this is the only one my rabbit will eat. It’s so fresh and green and much better than any other hay. I recently had a bit of an emergency when I ran out and after going to 3 different shops who were all out of stock I rang up directly and the customer service was amazing. They got me some shipped out the same day so I just want to say a massive thank you.
Brilliant company! I have been ordering from them for around a year now and I can honestly say that buying from them is a joyful experience every time. My orders always arrive on time and the customer service is top class. Their products are always fabulous quality and my guinea pigs love them. I always love how they add a personal message on the invoice too; the little things go a long way!
We spent ages looking at our local pet shops/ b&m for the only hay our fussy guinea pigs will eat and nowhere had it in stock so we decided to look online instead. We're so glad we ordered directly from Nature's Own as we have cut out the middle-man to get our hay and probably spent less than the cost difference of driving everywhere looking for some! The delivery was very quick (ordered Sunday evening and arrived Tuesday morning), the price was still very good, the hay looks a lot fresher than what we can get in shops and the note on the order slip was a nice touch. I always buy the timothy hay with dandelions, wood shavings, hay cookies, and other treats for my bunny. Scarlet loves all their products. She goes crazy when she sees the hay :-) Since I have discovered this company few months ago, I place regular orders as soon as I run out. The prices are really good with free deliveries, which is very convenient. Very quick despatch too! There is always a funny hand writing message on the invoice, which always brings a smile on my face. I definitely recommend them, and will continue to order Scarlet's favourite products from them.
Our guinea pigs adore the hay and oat cookies. As for us - super easy to order and a very fast delivery at all times. I order from Natures Own Pets several times a year and have never had a single issue. A lovely UK company with amazing quality hay.
