Great selection in store. We were able to have a good look around without being mithered. Our sales assistant, Linda, was very helpful and polite. She was able to resolve all our queries in a quick, efficient and very professional manner. We would highly recommend this store and we will definitely be returning.
Bloody awful ! 9 repairs in 18 months - left with chair in pieces fur over 2 months - no one it head office, on line or in store wants to take control of issue - ignore all calls and emails - gave asked for a refund - all ignored- £11500 - not cheap! Looks great - but every piece broken at sone time in last 18 months
Bought a sofa and had the wrong one delivered and when I explained to Jon he was very rude and promised a return call that never happened. After several phone call and emails I have had been promised calls back just to get rid of me and then nothing. Basically they’ve got my money and now not interested, I dread anything going wrong with my sofa as there is no after sales service. Rude and dreadful to deal with.
