It’s a shit company. You buy and then they are least concerned. They don’t respond. They hardly care that you have some issue with your order.
I have received my order a week back but whenever m trying to raise a return request, it says “we couldn’t process your request as it is not fulfilled yet” What the hell ? The quality is the tunic is so bad so i wanted to return it. But my money is wasted because m talking to a wall.
Why do people start business when they don’t have the manner s and brains to take care of customers ?

The company NAAVI appears to mislead customers by accepting orders and collecting full payment in advance, while failing to deliver the products within the promised timeframe. Despite assuring delivery within a week, orders remain undelivered even after a month.Instead of taking responsibility, the company shifts the blame to customers by falsely claiming that they were unavailable at the time of delivery.
