I recently ordered two dresses from navvi.in, and the experience has been nothing short of a disappointment.Firstly, the sizing was completely off. If there was a way to give zero i would. Ordered a product cod 3 months ago. Zero communication with the site on text or mail after that. Then Blue dart delivered the product - wrong product. No way to return because website doesn't even acknowledge the email ID or phone number. Horrible horrible scam thieves
What a big fraud. I have ordered a steam iron from them which turned out to be a complete waste of money and after getting in touch with their customer service team they completely refused to return the product.I made a video to show them the ineffective product and still they commented for me to read the manual. What a shame . This goes out to show the intent of the people running this website . Kindly never order from them
