They are very bad in their return policy you keep chasing them they will not answer your mail or what’s app or your calls and if luck by chance they do answer your call they say will check and get back but no such thing happens, I have sent a piece worth 3000/- but have still not received any response
I am writing to inform you about Navvi, a company that appears to be engaging in fraudulent practices. I advise against making purchases from this entity. They showcase images of celebrities wearing their dresses, but upon placing an order through their website, they charge exorbitant prices ranging from 2000₹ to 5000₹. However, the actual quality of their products is subpar, equivalent to a value of 200₹, featuring cheap imitation designs and fabric that is of an extremely low standard. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
They are a fraudsters !!! Beware. I ordered a garment which was very poor quality, asked for exchange since May 6th 2025, writing this review on 4th July 2025. They picked the garment and have charged additional money for shipping, which I paid. They have not sent the exchange piece nor refunded the money. Following up last 2 months.Their garments have no label, no quality, not even close to the image. Please do not order from them, you will be scammed.
Navvi is totally a Fake & Waste company. They Import Duplicate items and sell them like Branded one with huge prices.*Owners Nalin Poddar(MC+BC) & Vidhi Poddar(R9d) both are Fraud Marwari people.*The most irritating thing is their Horrible After Sales Service. You will be frustrated while Return/Exchange.*Never believe few Positive Reviews on this platform as those are given by their own people.**Don't ever buy from them or u will loose ur Hard Earned money so easily.
BEWARE of NAVVII purchased a dress online from Navvi in Kolkata, which was oversized. I promptly exchanged it for a smaller size, but after 10-12 days, I received the same ill-fitting, oversized dress. However, the dress had been carelessly altered by a local tailor with huge, poorly sewn stitches, threads hanging out, and knots everywhere—a totally shabby, unprofessional job. they also had the audacity to cut off the size tag, in an attempt to cover up their mistake.After calling and writing to them for more than 7days, I asked for a refund of over Rs 3000, I contacted them every single day for 7-10 days, only to receive a response claiming the refund had been processed. I waited for over a week, but the refund never appeared in my account. Since then, I've made numerous attempts to get in touch, but they’ve stopped responding to emails, refused to pick up my calls, and have not replied to any of my WhatsApp messages for the past 10-12 days.This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and it’s clear that Navvi is deliberately avoiding responsibility. I’m sharing this to warn others about the fraudulent practices of this company—do not trust them with your hard-earned money.
I do not recommend Navvi clothing. I had purchased a kaftan from them and it wasn't fitting me. I emailed them to tell them that I would like to return it. They asked me to pay and additional amount of rupees 150 for return or I will have to organised for return of the item myself. Not only that, the money would be refunded back to me as a credit note. I told them I do not need a credit note because I anyways cannot purchase their Kaftans since they will not fit me as I had purchase the largest size. But they kept insisting, that the refund will be given only as a store credit. I don't know what to do with the store credit refund because I cannot purchase anything from them and so I want the customers of Navvi kaftans to make an informed choice before purchasing. Also the material quality is decent but not that great for the price that they are charging.
