Only 3rd journey with the large trunk suitcase… am in the airport now and a wheel has come off, there are a few tiny screws holding into the plastic wheel on and no way of fixing it
The internal straps have both already come away and the top handle is very flimsy
I replaced some eagle creek luggage that was 18 yrs old and getting tired, with this, hugely disappointed, utter junk!!, complete waste of money , I’m not going to try the warranty as I fly very regularly and need reliable luggage, I don’t want to risk this bag any more and I’ll buy better!
The delivery was excellent. The hard-bodied cabin case measuring 55x38x20 is sturdy and visually appealing. However, when fully packed, it becomes difficult to maneuver compared to other cabin cases we own. Because of this, we wouldn't consider purchasing it again or recommending it.

I typically prefer to buy luggage in-store, but this time I found an item that fit my needs and budget online. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality considering the price. It arrived in excellent condition, with ample space for all my essentials, gadgets, and water. With numerous inner zipped pockets, there’s a place for everything. I can't find any faults—made from recycled materials and perfectly padded for laptop transport. Very impressed.
I've had the lightweight cabin suitcase twice, and both times it became faulty within a few months. The handle doesn’t fully retract, causing issues at security checks in some airports. I use this case frequently for work-related travel. I sent evidence of the fault, but the representative insisted I send the case back first before receiving a replacement. I know it can be done the other way, as it worked for me last time. Unfortunately, I don't have another suitcase for work, so this approach won’t work for me. I feel the company needs to be more consistent and understanding, as this is a quality issue, not my fault. Other team members have been more helpful than this particular representative.
The ordering and delivery process was smooth, but I’m quite disappointed with the small cabin case. It looks appealing on the outside but is inadequate for packing. As returns are at my expense, I'll be donating it to charity after my travels.
