Bought the Nebula Grande Slow Juicer on line and it was delivered quickly and was well packaged. The company name was different however which made me raise an eyebrow. A Google check resolved that concern. The slow juicer gives great results with two filtration levels by using either of the basket things. It's reasonably quiet to operate. The pulp is fairly dry and the juice is very wet. Cleaning is reasonably easy as all the parts disassemble.One downside is the small loading hopper access. There is a small hole to pass veg in or a larger hole which has an annoying safety door. Trying to put chopped veg into either of these is a pain. I bought a bag of "reduced" Stir-Fry which was in small chunks and basically ended up everywhere, including mixed with the juice in the jug. Messy!I make a daily Celery juice and found that chopping up the celery into small bits is better otherwise the long stringy strands bind around the auger and extraction shoot. It's quite a pain loading the bits in the hopper.Apart from that this is a great juicer.
I have used the Nebula dehydrator everyday to make my dog biscuits. It’s so easy to operate, clear instruction manual and a helpful drying guide included. I recommend also purchasing the silicone sheets that they also sell on the website. Which they sold at a discounted price when buying the dehydrator. Very quick delivery and well packaged. 100% recommended.
I bought a cheap juicer off e- bay, the first time I used it, it burned out, there was no weight to it, I expected it to be heavy, so I looked on YouTube and saw the ninja, there was a write up from a pensioner who said she had to return it because it was too heavy, I thought well that's how they should be, so I ordered one of E-BAY , it looks the part got some weight in it,
