We’re very pleased with our Nebula Grande. This juice extractor has more than lived up to its claims and we’re especially impressed by both the quiet efficiency of the appliance and the incomparable quality of the sales support. Initially we were given a complimentary accessory and after purchase we had a few queries regarding manufacturing changes not being immediately reconcilable with the help leaflet and can’t speak highly enough of the prompt and comprehensive attention we’ve received throughout. We’re so impressed that we intend buying a second juicer for our son.
Why is the online merchant the Nebula Appliances there no confirmation email after I paid for the product on your website? I left you a message and didn’t reply. What kind of service is this? Who dares to order your products? Order Number: 10253Z Guo
Very good customer service, communication was excellent and the product came on time very well packed. I did a lot of research into the various companies offering Red Light Panels and Nebula offer a great quality panel at a very competitive price. I highly recommend Nebula.
Isn't there some sort of law against companies lying about experiences? I wish I could attach screenshots of emails. She set the collection to the wrong address (also photographed on the delivery drivers label) now says in reply that I missed it, having apologised to me in writing. Should not be shocked after a lie like that she would claim that the product was in full working order. The motor blew. Tried it again days later, Still gone, changed the fuse, nothing.Again, I have videos. Being dishonest in this way and blaming the customer in the midst of those lies for issues that were her own fault, is really unacceptable behaviour of someone in a professional capacity. I can not recommend enough that this company is avoided. I will be finding somewhere to post a review that allows the attachment of photos / videos so the world can see what sort of person this is.--- original review - Motor broke on second use. Its been weeks and I'm still trying to get this item collected for a refund to be issued. So much hassle not to mention lifting it, it is insanely heavy, was very difficult to bring upstairs, to put together, to lift onto kitchen counter, to then have had to pack it away and rebox it. I am now in my third trimester of pregnancy and going to have to pick up an item that quite frankly I should not be lifting because I was sent a faulty product. Having looked at reviews on amazon after this happened, it seems this has happened to other customers. I have been up and awaiting collection since 8am, it is now almost 5pm and nobody has showed. Was the collection even booked?
