If I could rate this company with zero stars, I would. It took over a month to receive my product. When I requested to cancel my subscription, they agreed, yet I was charged again. Despite my emails requesting no further charges, they continued to bill me. After numerous exchanges, they finally canceled, but it was an exhausting process. Do not order from them; it will only lead to frustration.

Avoid this company unless you enjoy dealing with incompetence or scams.
Product never delivered and their support team just rode me along saying they were unable to track due to shipping carrier timelines. Now I am trying to contact them again and the email will not go through because the address in no longer valid. Fraudulent company. Do not waste your time with this product.
The product took a very long time to arrive and in that time I asked to cancel the order. Once the product arrived, I received an email stating my subscription would be cancelled- I didn’t sign up for a subscription. A few days later I receive another email about a new shipment and I was charged again. I responded to the email that said the subscription was cancelled and questioned why I was sent another bottle. Days later a response arrived only asking why I wanted to cancel. Deceptive business. I filed a dispute with credit card company. If you don’t want frustration and the back and forth with emails and filing disputes avoid purchasing at this company.
Ordered one time from Nelow and they continue to ship and charge my credit card. I emailed them extensively that I didn’t enroll in a subscription and to discontinue any further purchases since September 3rd. Response via email appears random and AI. Don’t order from this company. Filed a credit card dispute October and just received Nelow email for November charge. Refused product and I have tracking proof it was returned. Fraudulent charges! No responses to my issues from their support email correspondence.
