My third Neomachi hoodie. I love how the quality seems to be getting better each time. So comfy and I love the fit. I'd recommend sizing up for anyone who wants it a bit more relaxed. The quality of print is amazing, my first hoodie from a few years ago still hasn't shown signs of wear or peeling
About a year ago I bought one of the lighter weight bomber jackets and a t shirt. They still look brand new and they are some of my most worn clothes! Not a stitch out of place or any fading whatsoever. I absolutely love them!
Everything went perfectly with my order from NEOMACHI. The quality seems good. The customer support is excellent. I accidentally ordered everything one size too big. The return process and replacement shipment went quickly and smoothly. Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, I forgot to activate the 15% first-time buyer discount. Perhaps NEOMACHI will consider this for my next order. I would be happy to hear that.
