Update on my holiday horror ride with Neo sabers.Good news. 1) After the review the company did refund me the $12 for the shipping since it could not be over $25. 2) The company did fix the saber and returned it to me in the same box.Bad news1) No communication while the hilt was within their possession. (I only wanted to know if it was received)Overall impression is the company is like any other business. Quality control and oversight is at a 60% effectiveness, or it may be higher depending on the mindset of the employees. Rubberstamping a quality control checklist is a common procedure and things can get overlooked. In my situation this was probably a major issue on the quality control that was overlooked and really makes you wonder if the holiday season is a big push, then maybe they should hire more people for the quality control. Since, most of these light sabers are coming out of China their standards of quality control may not be as we would expect since these were drop shipped straight from the factory. No one at Neo sabers oversaw any steps of the quality control. So, in essence if you want quality control and authentic hands-on manufacturing buy American or from regional vendors who manufacture their product in house. I close by saying this was a valuable lesson but to those who have yet purchased you can get the same items from Ali Express on the Nexxus, 89 sabers or LGT store. Their customer service and quality control is substandard but at least you don't get the markup that Neo sabers hit you with as a drop shipper.
Bad company, sent me the wrong saber after paying over $400 then told me that I picked wrong after I clearly showed them what I picked and my receipt saying what I picked on top of that it was delivered in a beat up cardboard box that was fully wrapped in tape don’t buy from these scammers.
I ordered a saber bundle that was buy one get two, the internal core of the saber I got stopped functioning properly,so I came to neo sabers and they helped me out with a brand new core to replace it. I thank Lisa Mitchell for helping me get to a resolution. I will leave one comment that if you pay cheap you'll get cheap, so spend more for better. The mystery sabers were "okay" can't complain for two free sabers, but the main one i bought, exquisite feel, and beautiful lines.
Not even been dispatched yet and I’ve tried to contact them but get NO response. Feeling very worried….Response to NeosabersMy order 1183 is with Evri H03CEA0055691985And has been there since Monday 5/1/26I have chased them every day for over a week as they are NOT delivering the parcel! The contract is between neosabers and Evri. That means that this is still your responsibilility to chase and ensure your customer - me get what i have paid you for!I need this order before the 25/1 so it is already too late to cancel get money back and re order since it has already been 2 weeks since order was made. How are you now going to resolve this?
Ordered on the fist of December.. contacted company repeatedly absolutely gave false info about expedited delivery etc. with company details on their website they give impression they are in UK.. nope.. orders come from Hong kong.. where my package sat for nearly 2 weeks company does not care.. it's due out for delivery tomorrow 31st. I hold my breath that they are actually what is described on purchase.. never again.
Good product but hard to assemble/disassemble; no proper instructions, i had to look for YouTube videos of other buyers just to get it going. Was told to trust warehouse on type of free sabers, did so, but disappointed on the sabers they chose. I only needed the sound effects, no other sounds or phrases telling me the Jedi type. Chat services pushed everything on the responsibility of support. Extra parts, such as belt clips, are not worth it. Asked for a refund on a saber because of poor quality, was given a $20 off code. I bought a saber advertised to arrive before Christmas guaranteed, arrived 2-3 days after.DO NOT RECOMMEND
OMG this place is a Fing mess to deal with. I bought the Executioner Saber thinking I was getting the Xeno ( thats what I choose ) but got the cheaper one instead.. Ok fine mix up somewhere. Went through he whole upgrade process and dealing with support is like trying to kick a ball up an Icey hill with one leg. They provided me link and thats about all they helped with cause after that this process is BS. If I even get another Fancy saber for me and my Boys again I'm not using this company.
