Excellent customer service!! My daughter received a pair of shorts for her birthday. The shorts had a minor flaw with the label that is sewn on the back (could easily have been worn). I submitted the request for an exchange (very easy process) and Dandy shipped out a brand new pair without requiring the old pair to be sent back! I even received prompt email responses to a few questions that I had!
Placed an order on the 19th of November for 2 plushies. It is now the 1st of February and still not received! When I contact them they say they’re waiting for tracking. I have paid £70 and it’s been over 2 months.. where is my order??
This is truly the best sweatshirt you'll ever own. The quality is outstanding, and the designs are both cute and unique. It's evident that the owners have poured their hearts into every detail of this brand. I purchased my latest one during the holiday season, expecting a long wait, but to my surprise, it arrived the very same week! It was incredible. Just a heads up: once you own one, you'll find it hard to resist buying more, and you'll never look at other sweatshirts the same way! 😂

Avoid this website; they are a scam. I ordered a hoodie, and instead of just charging me for what I ordered, they added sweatpants for $79 without my authorization. When I emailed them, they did not respond and just updated my order to ship both items, despite my explicit request to remove the sweatpants. My original order confirmation only shows the hoodie. The sweatpants were added manually and charged to my card. Stay away and shop on reliable sites.
