I paid for a cat toy from this company over a month ago. I still haven’t received it. First the address was wrong and it couldn’t be delivered. Then I received notice it was delivered to my mailbox. I checked with the post office twice and they didn’t have that tracking number provided. I have contacted the company by email 3 X’s and get the same ridiculous lie. My advice to anyone do not trust this company. If I could give them a minus 10 I would. They’re thieves. Please report them to the FTC because that’s what I’m doing.
I ordered three toys from the service, but only two arrived. I reached out, and they promised to send the missing item, but it never showed up. This was back in October, leaving one of my pets without a toy while the others have theirs. The customer service has been incredibly disappointing, and I won’t be buying from this seller again.
Absolutely awful service; they take your money and take 10 days to even process your order before shipping. Stay far away from this company—it’s highly unprofessional. They refuse to issue a refund and told me to wait. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my pet, ordered on December 2nd, and as of today, the 19th, they have only just picked it.
If I could give a rating below one star, I would. They sent me a defective cat toy, and when I requested a refund, they offered a series of inadequate partial refunds over three weeks. I contacted my card issuer to try to recover my money. I informed them I would return the defective item per their policy and quoted their terms, demanding a full refund. Today, they finally offered a full refund. Avoid this company unless you have endless patience for refunds. They are not trustworthy or customer-friendly.
