Misleading advertisements! I bought a flying disk cat toy for £10, thinking it would be decent. It arrived weeks later but didn’t work at all. After contacting them, they offered a replacement, which also arrived broken. They then offered a meager £3.50 refund due to high return costs. It’s not my fault they sell faulty products; they should take responsibility and issue a full refund. One star feels generous.
The rechargeable cat toy initially worked well but stopped after just over 24 hours, despite being fully charged. I contacted the company immediately and sent a video of the issue. They offered a replacement, but I requested a full refund since the toy was defective. They initially offered a partial refund of £3.85, which later increased to £7 after I insisted on my rights under the Sale of Goods Act. I have consistently requested a full refund of £14.99, but they are refusing to comply.
I ordered three toys from this company. When I received the order, there were only two. I contacted them. They said via email. They would send the third toy and they never did. This was back in October. So now I have two toys for three cats. I guess my cat has to do without so her cousin and her favorite buddies will have their toys this is pitiful customer service, and I wouldn’t ever purchase from these guys again.
Ordered blue wand Interactive Cat Toy, received with a cracked, broken base in flimsy packaging. Wrote company with photos and was sent a replacement wand, but no new base. Wrote company again which offered me a refund on the shipping charge $4+, but not on the item >$17. I asked for a new base to be sent and haven't received yet. Faulty product, poor customer service, and terrible value.
