I paid for Express shipping, but my package has been stuck since January 14th. Their customer service is impossible to reach by phone and only provides automated replies. I am unexpectedly impressed. I had read numerous negative reviews about the service and the slow customer support, along with reports of damaged items. I too received a damaged TV, but after contacting them the same day, I was surprised to find that just one day later, they confirmed the order of a new TV and arranged to pick up the broken one. Just two days, one email, and one call later, and I am VERY SATISFIED.

There is no visible policy on the website stating that earbuds cannot be returned, even under the open guarantee return policy. How can a customer know if they like the earbuds without trying them first? It's quite absurd.
