I placed an order and canceled within 30 minutes after reading negative reviews. The customer service was quick and friendly in processing my cancellation. A week later, I received a package of drops. I assumed the order was shipped before they could cancel it, but I wasn't charged. However, the return address was strange, listed for an individual at a residential location. When I inquired, they claimed it wasn't from their company, even though it was clearly packaged as their product. I discarded it, unsure of what was going on.
Scammed by hidden subscription – I was charged for months without consentI purchased a one-off order of NeuroDrops (five bottles) and that was all I intended to buy. At checkout, there was an option called “NeuroDrops Club” which was listed as $0 and automatically ticked. Nothing stated that this was a paid subscription or that it would result in ongoing charges. I assumed it was a free gift or bonus—not something that would bill me.Despite never selecting or agreeing to any subscription, NeuroDrops continued to charge my card for four months after my original purchase. I received no products for these charges and had absolutely no idea this was happening until I checked my statements.When I contacted them, they insisted I had agreed to a subscription, which is completely untrue, it was added to my order without my knowledge! And they refused to refund me at all for the ongoing payments, for a membership i didnt agree to and didnt receive anything for! Their website did not clearly disclose any ongoing fees, and listing something as $0 while secretly enrolling customers in recurring payments is misleading and unacceptable. Also this was automatically added to my purchase I didn't select this option at all! This experience has been extremely frustrating and feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of customers. I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this company!
The product tastes very nice but had zero effect on me. I was very much looking forward to seeing some improvements to my ADHD symptoms, so was extremely disappointed when nothing happened. The response I got made me quite angry and just sent my anxiety through the roof. No questions asked.... really? I followed the recommended usage, dosage, etc but got nothing.... honour your own guarantee and just refund the purchase...without bombarding me with all those questions.
