Having been a customer for around seven years, I found the initial cost reasonable, but it has now become too high. The return fee for the bike is now £35, which feels excessive after paying monthly for 2 or 3 years. As a result, we returned our two bikes (£70!!) and decided to buy instead, as the costs have become unmanageable. It's unfortunate, as it was a great idea.

Be mindful of the return, delivery, and exchange fees when signing up. Kids outgrow bikes quickly, and since the bikes lack adjustable handles, you will need to change them at an additional cost. Outstanding service! We are now on our second bike. The delivery was incredibly fast, and the exchange process went smoothly. We would recommend this to anyone. The bikes are of amazing quality, and we definitely saved money renting instead of buying a brand-new one.
This service seemed promising a few years ago, but now it has become problematic. My daughter has outgrown her second bike, and the monthly payments are too high relative to the time we had it. Initially, we had the option to keep the bike after paying off its value, but this is no longer the case, and we haven't received any communication about it. Returning the bike has been a hassle, as the courier service used is notoriously unreliable. They charge a £35 collection fee and expect the bike to be returned cleaned and partially dismantled. Communication from the company has been poor, with no responses to my emails and no contact number available.
This is a good concept, but it doesn’t offer great value for money. I feel somewhat frustrated with my experience; we had a bike for 24 months, costing nearly double its actual value, plus a £35 return fee at the end. Our son had his first bike for two years, using it intermittently, and we didn't receive any communication to check if the bike was still appropriate for him. Unless you have a lot of disposable income, it feels like a bit of a rip-off. That's just my experience.
Fantastic! This is our third bike, and my son is thrilled to switch bikes. They have always been in great condition (we get the refurbished models). He loves cycling so much, and I believe this is largely due to having a high-quality bike that fits him well. The swapping process is so easy! Thank you!
