The four outfits I ordered for my grandchildren didn't fit, so I returned them in the original packaging. The total cost was £59 with free postage. I received a refund of £44, but I don't understand why £15 was retained. That's a significant amount to lose. I've emailed the support team twice to clarify this issue, but I haven't received any response. I'm really upset because the clothes were lovely, and I've been a loyal customer for years.
I was excited about ordering for my future baby after seeing many adorable items in their ads. I ordered six products but never received confirmation. Days later, I got an email with my name misspelled, stating that all items were out of stock. How is that credible? There was no explanation, alternative options, or incentives to shop again—just a brief apology and a refund. To make matters worse, I still see ads for those same items, which are listed as in stock on the website. This was a very disappointing experience.
I ordered several items for my wife, but the parcel arrived late. The box was poorly constructed, and all the clothes were crammed inside without any packaging, including the coat. The quality of the clothing was subpar, looking nothing like the images and definitely not worth the price. I had to return everything.
I am very disappointed with my recent shopping experience. I ordered on November 25 and chose a reliable delivery option for fast shipping. However, the company switched the courier to another service without informing me. Since December 2, there have been no tracking updates, and it seems my parcel is lost. Most items were meant as gifts for a newborn, so timely delivery was crucial. The lack of communication and the unexpected courier change, combined with poor service, are unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this store based on my experience. This was my first order, and I had planned to buy more gifts, but I no longer feel confident doing so.
