I ordered what I believed was an Alfa AWUSO36ACHM WIFI adapter at a price of $58 which was reasonable.
What was sent to me was an ALfa AWUSO36ACS which retails for around $27. Included a shipping was an invoice from another retailer for $27. When I tried to return it "Unopened" they sent me a return address in Utah. I paid the return shipping and sent it on. Then began a confusing chain of emails from multiple Newegg addresses making confusing demands for information they already had. But no refund. My son had similar problems with Newegg concerning a couple of faulty memory sticks. I won't ever use them again.
Be wary of buying refurbished computers from this service! I encountered significant keyboard issues that arose right after the warranty expired. My previous new computer lasted for a decade, but this refurbished laptop has been a disappointment.
I've been a customer for 15 years, and they used to be very friendly and customer-focused. That’s no longer the case. I purchased a drone for $1340, only to find it cheaper elsewhere shortly after. When I contacted them, I was met with an AI that said they couldn't help since a third party was the seller. I regret trusting them.
I will never shop with them again! I bought a drone, and the advertisement failed to mention that I couldn't register it with the FAA or that the enhanced transmission option wouldn't work in the USA. When I tried to resolve it, I was told I couldn't return it. Now, I have a $2,000.00 item that’s useless.
I received an email stating my order was canceled at my request, which is untrue! Someone from the store canceled it without my consent. The first order was canceled due to authentication issues, which I understood. After verifying my payment, I waited for my laptop only to have my order canceled again. This is incredibly frustrating!
It seems the platform allows fraudulent third-party sellers. I placed an order that was supposed to ship within a week, but instead, I received a notice of a shipping label created on the order day, with delivery shown two days later. The item never arrived, and there was no proof of delivery. When I followed up, all they offered was a refund and a vague promise to respond later.
I ordered a cable on September 7, and as of September 20, I still haven't received it. If the company didn't have the item in stock, they should have informed me. Instead, they sourced it from a distant seller, leading to a terrible experience.
