From beginning to end, it was an incredible experience. Mark and Alexis kept me well-informed during my battery replacement and maintenance service. I got my watch back in less than two weeks, and it looks brand new. This company is outstanding, and I highly recommend them.

Absolute first rate service from beginning through to end. Having approached both Tag Heuer and a high street jewelers, the turnaround time and costs quoted seemed excessive, to say the least. Sent an enquiry to TagTime who responded within a couple of hours and less than a week later I have my watch safely returned with a new battery, all pressure tested and cleaned at a very reasonable cost. Will be letting friends and family know. Thank you, TagTime 👍🏻
