This service would greatly benefit from stepping back from online operations to avoid negative user experiences. I signed up for a 7-day trial expecting a $1.99 charge and canceled immediately. However, I was alerted by my bank about two attempted charges of $144.00 the next day, which were refunded. Shortly after, another bank notified me of an additional attempted charge of $144.00, which has been reversed. Now, both of my cards are canceled, and I must wait for replacements. Avoid this service—it will lead to regret.
This service should seriously consider leaving the online space to spare users from negative experiences. I opted for a 7-day trial, expecting a $1.99 charge, and promptly canceled my subscription. COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE! I have been unable to unsubscribe despite reaching out for help. The only way to stop them from taking $20 weekly was to report the vendor as fraudulent to my bank. This app is poorly designed and costs $80 monthly to use.
This app is a complete rip-off. It misleads you into thinking you are paying monthly, but charges you weekly instead. There must be something buried in the fine print. Even at a monthly rate, it would still be too expensive! I managed to get only one payment refunded after contacting them. STEER CLEAR—YOU WILL REGRET IT!
AVOID THIS APP! I tried the 14-day trial and was charged $1.99 initially, followed by a $19.99 monthly fee. They quickly charged the $19.99. I requested a refund, but they ignored my request. After involving another platform, they refunded the $1.99 but claimed they could only process one refund per user. They refused to refund the $19.99. SCAM! I've reported this to my credit card company.
WARNING: THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT DOWNLOAD. As noted in other reviews, the app is utterly useless and fails to deliver on its promises. I realized within minutes that it was a waste of money and canceled to avoid further charges after the trial. Yet, they continued to take three payments of £16.70 within a month. I've contacted my bank for assistance.
I was extremely disappointed with the service and canceled on the same day my trial began. Yet, I discovered I had been charged $19.99 weekly for seven weeks! There is no phone support, and contacting them is only possible via email. Do not use this app—it’s terrible.
