This company deserves no stars. They somehow enroll your account in a subscription without your consent and make cancellation nearly impossible. Warning: Deceptive Sales Tactics

Warning about this company! The purchasing experience was misleading, with last-minute upsells making it hard to decline. There were numerous fees at checkout, and no clear confirmation to refuse them. My final confirmation showed a price that was double what was advertised, and when I thought I canceled my order, they still processed it. I immediately reached out to customer service, only to be told the order was on its way. They attempted another upsell for products I didn't want. Be cautious!

Struggles to Cancel Subscription

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription. They lure you in with discounts but continue to charge a monthly fee of $29.95, which I didn’t authorize. I doubt they would have honored my cancellation anyway. I do not want any offers; I just want my subscription canceled. The next message from them should confirm that I will never be charged again. Just because I didn’t cancel in the trial period doesn’t mean I agreed to these ongoing charges.
