Super responsive and knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy and straightforward for us. The whole process took just under 8 weeks and I’m so satisfied with and grateful for everything they’ve done for us.
Jayne and Rebecca were absolutely amazing, constantly keeping us up to date with progress and helping keep stress to a minimum. 5 stars doesn't even begin to cover how amazing these two are. Both lovely ladies were really kind and understanding as well as accommodating around working hours for me and my partner. I couldn't recommend anyone as much as I would these two. Our solicitor suggested Nexa as our conveyancer we originally had a solicitor called David handling our sale, unfortunately he left the company during the process. We was then dealing with Nate Mehmood who given the situation he was thrown upon went above and beyond to help us and complete. We didn't have an ordinary straight forward sale and I'm so glad Nate was involved as his drive and passion really got us across the finishing line. The amount of time he dedicated to us. Phone calls, emails etc and he remained professional and friendly even when our case threw curve balls. I can honestly say he is a credit to Nexa and thankyou from both myself and Kat as we sit and enjoy our new home.
