Have just purchased a property and I used the services of Jayne Atkinson and Rebecca at Nexa law. Had a fantastic experience with them. They were very helpful from the start and the whole process went smoothly. They responded to my emails promptly and arrange calls when needed. Fantastic service at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend them both.
I recently used Nexa Law, specially Samuel Ogden as my solicitor for the sale of my property and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service.From start to finish, the whole process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great communication throughout. Selling a house can be stressful, but Samuel and his team made everything feel straightforward and well managed. Really poor experience. I wish my experience replicated the 4.8 stars that they have. I had to check everything they did every step of the way. If I hadn’t had stepped in numerous times we would have contracts with our incorrect names on, mortgage costs of over £2,000 which weren’t needed. All the work was done by a pretty incompetent PA to a solicitor, giving us 48 hours before completion to check their work. I complained and was told everything about my experience is normal, it’s my job to check what they do. Had I not been vigilant, I would now be facing an invalid contract, a delayed or failed chain, and a financial loss running into the thousands. To be completely honest, I am worried there are further mistakes within our file that I don’t have the skill set or knowledge to question or understand. There is a level of trust we should have as a client that unfortunately I just continue to lack with your firm.
