Never would I ever have expected myself to boast about my experience with a solicitor, but doing my first property flip using a bridging loan and in a company name Sam came to the rescue for me. From the get go the communication was great.The diligence and speed of response were so much better than I expected. Having previously used someone else before It really highlighted how much of a good choice I made this time round.2 days before completing I had a horror call from my broker saying... "you got the value of the property wrong you need more money, you need to talk to the seller, you need to talk to your solicitor"I was a nervous wreck thinking is this going to fall through? how long will I be waiting for a response?I emailed Sam, I had a call back within 10 minutes reassuring me that he had corrected the incompetent parties drew their attention to the MOS and that I had nothing to worry about! I completed 2 days later and had a email and a phone call to personally say congratulations, I think this came because I had a lot of concerns and I needed lots of things explained to me at each step. - mongI cant wait to make some money in property and use Nexa again and again on my journey.Thank you Nexa Law

Suzanne Gulshan is a gem amongst the legal profession!

Suzanne helped me manage my late father’s estate during the turbulent pandemic years whilst I was overseas.She is dedicated, detailed and has the strength of determination in managing the matters large and small.The process was long (with a back log in the courts) and the regulatory requirements were stringent (with me being overseas), but Suzanne kept the all the parts moving, dealt with all the challenging hurdles in her stride, and kept me informed all along the way.It was a long, emotional and challenging road, and I’m glad that Suzanne was part of the Journey as my guide, counsel and friend.
