A pair of stars, from start to finish!

From start to finish, both Wesley & Sara were spot on; they were the ones reminding us what needed doing, pushing to get the whole thing finished as quickly as possible. Painless, prompt, accurate, and efficient. Couldn't ask for anything else! Many thanks, to both of you.

Hardworking, Clear and Reliable

We have used Nexa Law for both a sale and purchase of a property. There are so many solicitors to choose from, but we are so pleased we chose Nexa. We were constantly updated with our progress on matters, and Jayne and Rebecca were always very responsive if we had any queries. I honestly do not think they could have done us a better service, and to top it off, we found the price very reasonable. Keep up the great work!

From start to finish Jayne and Rebecca supported us with the buying and selling of our properties, their communication was 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They both put or minds at ease as we were very anxious about the whole process, they made the experience for us very personal and special, We both highly recommend these amazing ladies, and if we ever need a solicitor again we will definitely use Jayne and Rebecca. Thankyou so much Kelly and Richard. Xxxx

First time buyer experience: Beyond impressed

Jayne Atkinson and Rebecca Healey couldn't have made buying our first home any smoother - If I was to try and do justice to the two of them in this review, it would fall flat in regards to the great lengths both of them went to make me and my partner have a stress-free buying experience.Communication: Both Jayne and Rebecca displayed the upmost respect for our lack of knowledge, and spoke to us so authentically throughout the experience; responding quickly, responding professionally, and responding with care to our worries or concerns.Professionalism: The level of professionalism both exhibited was very welcome, as it gave us a high level of confidence in the buying process - Partner this with the great in-depth answers provided to us both at every opportunity, and I couldn't sing Jayne or Rebecca's praises high enough.Clarity: Every phone call, every email, every message - They were sent with a purpose, with great clarity as to what was required from us at every step of the way, with us completing our actions and then promptly being told the next step in the journey - I think if Jayne and Rebecca went any further here, they'd have been stood beside us hunting for houses themselves!Support: Not only did Jayne and Rebecca provide immense levels of professional support, but it felt to us both that they went on the journey with us buying a house - It was a scary experience, filled with nerves, anxious thoughts, panic, stress, worries and concerns - But one email away, one phone call away, were two highly attentive individuals that cared for our experience and went out of their way to ensure we didn't just get a house, but that we had the best possible experience, whilst providing a healthy dose of humanity, humour, and personality. We couldn't recommend Jayne and Rebecca any higher, and greatly respect the work they both did for us to get our first home - Both Jayne and Rebecca have made two nervous buyers, very comfortable and very happy.

Poor communication and attention to detail

Poor communication throughout most of the process. Unable to contact via phone and barely responding to email. Buying a house is a stressful enough, but having your solicitor ignore your requests at the important moment close to exchange isn’t good enough. They sent through plenty of template documents but there was no real help explaining the process or where we were in it at various stages. Sending everything via multiple emails meant that all communications were a jumble and it was easy to lose track. Other solicitors I’ve used in the past use a modern CRM tour system to track communication and clearly track progress. My overall sense is that the actual solicitor didn’t even look at the details until maybe a week or two before completion and the assistant did all of the work. This lack of attention to detail meant that things were missed. I have records asking specifically for things in the fixtures and fittings inventory to be chased which they ignored or just missed and resulted in me not having things included in my purchase that should have been. When they went AWOL in the run up to exchange I had to find the mobile number of the solicitors dad (also a partner at the firm) via LinkedIn and call him to try and get a response. Obviously I mostly got patronised by the dad. Although I did get a quick email response then, which instead of answering any of my queries just went into great detail at why I was wrong and he was in fact doing a great job.I imagine they have too many clients on the books to give you adequate attention. It felt like a classic conveyancing solicitor experience of old to be honest. I would avoid using them in the future for sure. I only used them at the last minute as my previous solicitor was unable to represent me this time. Having used a modern solicitor in the past I know that it doesn’t have to be this bad. For reference the solicitor I used here was Samuel Ogden and the good ones I’ve used in the past are The Partnership. I would take up my complaints further if I thought it was worth the energy arguing.
