I ordered the nexoria ring and found the application to be difficult to understand. I want to return it and the policy stated to contact customer support via email within 14 days. I have tried to communicate sent several emails and no response. I would not recommend purchasing since the refund policy appears to be misleading.
I ordered noise canceling headphones. I was really looking forward to their arrival. When they finally arrived and I took them out of the box, it was clear that they are extremely poor quality. Seemed more like fake, costume ones. As soon as I tried them, I knew they were must worse sound than my cheapo earbuds. I contacted support about returning them and they basically explained it'll cost me almost what I paid to return them. I decided to try them in a Cafe, thinking maybe some noise canceling magic would kick in. They LITERALLY amplify the noise in the room. I can hear the cashier more clearly than the video I'm watching. This is a SCAM! DO NOT buy these.
Bought supposedly Noise cancelling headphones from Nexoria but they do not work.When contacted their options to return were not inline with UK consumer rights and require me to return to China at my cost and I see little hope of getting a refund.
Arrived much too big, failed entirely to get it changed without incurring substantial extra cost. To return it has to be posted to china, they threatened not to refund for all sorts if reasons and it was going to cost 35 pounds I got a tenner refund and to Jerez a useless ring. irs wildly inaccurate anywsy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Stay away from themI bought a pair of earphones for my father for Christmas. On using them a second time they fell apart in his hand .The company refused to accept them back to take a look at. It is clearly a manufacturing default and I was very surprised they would not accept them after paying €129 they offered me 10% discount on my next purchase.
I thought i had done a bit of research but stupidly did not look on Trust pilot, i had seen a couple of online articles which convinced me to give it a try. The ring that has arrived is huge and wouldn't fit my big toe. After reading all these comments, I have contacted my bank to see if i can claim the money back but i'm not hopeful.
Edited on 09/01/26: The item arrived today to be fair, It is of better quality than i first thought and the fitting size is as ordered. On that basis, I am increasing the stars as i have got what I paid for and ordered.I cannot comment on the usage of it or accuracy as of yet.it is a drop shipping item from China. bought this as a present after reading a review of the ring. still not sure if the reviews were real. I thought this was coming from a UK seller and because it had no subscription.Half a bottle of wine in forgot to check trustpilot for the company and clicked buy. Always chec Trustpilot.
These guys are dodgy and so is their product. Bought a smart ring. Delivery was smooth. They use a third party Chinese App, installation was difficult due to app language issues. The ring interfered with other Bluetooth devices. Raised the issues, they acknowledged and said they'll revert with a solution. I asked them for a refund as it was within 14 days of purchase as per their website. This wasn't the case, they won't provide a return address and refund process. Have been emailing them to follow up. They're not based in the UK it seems but Hong Kong or China. Stay away from these guys.
