From the initial survey to installation and handing over the necessary documentation for the charger, they are setting professional standards. I truly appreciate the efforts of the installer. I've already recommended them to my community and friends looking to get a charger installed.
I was scheduled for a charger installation on Friday the 14th. When booking, I was excited to secure an earlier date. On Thursday, I received a message confirming an engineer would arrive at 12:00, allowing two hours for installation. I cleared my schedule, but no one arrived. They later informed me they would reschedule for the weekend. I requested Saturday morning, but then found out I wasn’t booked in at all. Despite promises to follow up by 11 AM, no one contacted me, and I couldn't reach them by phone or email. They suggested they might send someone on Monday, but with no guarantees. I had to charge my vehicle at a higher rate elsewhere after disrupting my Friday plans. The service has been disappointing, and I ended up going with another provider, which I highly recommend.
Only suitable for standard installations. I made an inquiry, and they were quick to respond, providing the information I needed to book promptly. They scheduled it for a convenient day. However, when the engineer arrived, he struggled with routing the cable due to the electric meter's location. I knew the best way to run the cable, but he couldn't do it due to time constraints. In the end, I had to cancel the installation. I hoped they would follow up with a solution, but I never heard back after the engineer left. I was looking forward to a resolution, but the outcome was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this service.
Disappointing experience. I booked an installation weeks ago, but they called the day before to reschedule. No problem, I accepted the new date. The night before the rescheduled date, I received a text saying the engineer was sick and they might have to reschedule again. They promised to confirm later that night, but I received no contact. I emailed a representative who had been helpful until then but got no response. I messaged again, giving them one last chance to reach out before considering another provider. This lack of communication is quite poor, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience.
I have had the NextGen Pro 7.4kW EV Charger installed. The installation is ok and it works. However, there are very few instructions on how to use it. The app is very poor. It's obviously very dated and some of the spelling is incorrect. You can set a delay to begin charging but only by 1 hour increments. There is no history of your charging times. The help button brings up a page saying "sorry we can't help" I recommend using a different company.
The process was nice and easy and the sales person Musa knew a lot about the products which was great. I would like to give a shoutout to Adam, the installer, who was respectful, tidy and professional. He was a really nice guy and did a great job all round, therefore would recommend this company because of him.
