This is the worse company they not doing anything to collect debt from debtor they just want to take the fee and that's it so they make money like this taking fee from people and not working not doing anything just laing to people don't trust to this company they want just money from people but they not working on cases,I paid the fee they told me we will work on your case but nothing is 8 months ago and still they didn't did anything.

I approached cobra debt recover and spoke with to their Enforcement team who advised me to send a final demand to a debtor that had ignored a business debt for three months while offering nothing but delays and excuses. The moment we issued the seven-day final demand expired I instructed Cobra they visited my debtor in Newtonards and quickly had them at the tableIt was a huge relief that cobra got a reaction and got me paid and it showed clearly that the debtor had never intended to pay until faced with serious action. Cobra and their on-site agent took the stress out of chasing this debt and delivered results straight away. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing help recovering payments.
ANOTHER UPDATE:Cobra have still not paid the court order that was due on 14th November 2025. They said they would pay it on 12th January if I took the review down. Come and gone.I will go through the necessary steps for collection. And if that fails, I will be filing for a winding up petition.
Cobra are exceptionally efficient and have resolved my issue within a week. I’m very impressed and happy with the service delivered by the team. The communication was daily giving updates on progress and showed me what actions they were taking. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We instructed Cobra Financial Solutions Ltd in October 2022 to assist with the recovery of a £58,000 debt. Prior to accepting the case, Cobra reviewed our documentation and confirmed that the debtor had the means to pay. We paid an upfront fee of £5940, and the contract stated that recovery action, including a statutory demand, would be pursued within a defined timeframe of 1-6 weeks.Despite repeated follow-ups over a prolonged period of 3 years, the debt was not recovered and no statutory demand was ever served. We repeatedly requested confirmation and evidence of action, but no proof of service or client ledger was provided.We were later informed that a Non-Disclosure Agreement had been entered into with the debtor without our prior consent, despite the contract stating that no proposal should be accepted without the client’s approval.We also received several updates stating that statutory demand notices had been served; however, no supporting evidence was ever provided to substantiate this. Ultimately, the agreed recovery actions were not completed.In April 2025, we received written confirmation from Cobra’s director that the £5940 fee would be refunded if recovery was not achieved by July 2025. That deadline passed without recovery and without any refund.Separately, we have written confirmation from the police that multiple reports relating to Cobra Financial Solutions have been made via Action Fraud.Based on our experience, the service provided did not align with the contractual commitments or the assurances given. We have retained written records of the agreement and evidence of all the correspondence throughout the 3 years period.We would recommend that anyone considering this service carefully reviews the contract terms and ensures clear, documented confirmation of any actions taken on their behalf.
I approached Chris with regards to chasing a debtor who had taken us for £10k, after Chris did his due diligence he let me know it wouldn’t be worth pursuing and I should move on with this one. We did have another company chase this for us at our expense and got nowhere. I can highly recommend Cobra for the honesty shown rather than taking our money for a claim that would go nowhere. I’m sure we will use Chris and the team in the future.
I could not be more pleased with Cobra.After being ignored and fobbed off by my client for 3 months, and him ignoring the previous debt collector (who only emailed and called).
