Broken system, zero coordination, WhatsApp-only paper trails, and a customer service strategy of "you call us." If you enjoy managing a company's internal teams yourself while also paying them — this is your dream vendor. Top management: you already know. Fix it.

I cannot recommend Nibhav Home Elevators enough. Truly. Where else can you pay premium prices and also get a complimentary crash course in project management, crisis communication, and the ancient art of chasing people who are paid to chase you? Nowhere. This is exclusive Nibhav territory.

The sales team is exceptional — so gifted at making commitments that the rest of the company genuinely has no idea about. It's almost creative. A work of fiction, really, but delivered with such confidence that you sign on the dotted line with a smile. Bravo.

The communication system is nothing short of avant-garde. Forget emails, forget paper trails, forget signed agreements — even from the finance company lending you actual money. Everything happens on WhatsApp, the way God intended professional business to be conducted. Screenshots are the new contracts. Revolutionary.

The accounts department deserves a special mention for asking questions so magnificently baffling that they had to be relayed through the technical team. The layers. The complexity. Lesser companies would just… pick up the phone. Not Nibhav. They keep you on your toes.

And the teams — oh, the teams. Multiple technical teams. Multiple ground teams. One project. Zero coordination. It's like watching an orchestra where every musician is playing a different song, in a different key, on a different day — and you, the customer, get to be the conductor. For free! The premium experience truly never stops giving.

The interior vendor situation is a particular stroke of genius. A company operating across multiple continents, with a three-month waiting list no less, confidently relying on a single vendor for interior work. Bold. Audacious. Truly the move of a company that has absolute faith in Murphy's Law.

I also want to highlight their customer service response strategy — a true masterpiece of reversal. Every negative Google review receives the same thoughtful reply: "Please reach out to us." Not "we'll call you." Not "we're sorry, here's what we're doing." Just — you come to us. Again. After everything. The audacity is so consistent it almost becomes charming.

Now, to be fair — and I always try to be fair — I walked into this with a medical emergency and misplaced trust, so some of this is on me for not reading the reviews that were already sitting on Google, waving red flags like a parade. Lesson learned. Eyes wide open now.

To the top management — if you're reading this and actually want to fix a system I suspect you're well aware is broken — please do. You are not selling a product. You are entering people's homes, learning their medical conditions, and beginning a relationship that lasts years. That deserves far more respect than a WhatsApp thread and a shrug.

I have 5-7 more years with Nibhav ahead of me. Fingers crossed. The bar is set so low it has essentially merged with the ground floor.

Unprofessional and Unreliable Service

My experience with the company has been nothing short of a nightmare. It took them 5-6 months to deliver the elevator—an absolutely unacceptable delay. To make matters worse, they delivered the wrong color, despite charging extra for the specific color I had chosen. What’s even more frustrating is that they never took the initiative to fix their error. The issues didn’t stop there. Installation and proper operation stretched over two additional months, and throughout this entire ordeal, I had to manage endless follow-ups, countless messages, and a significant amount of stress. The level of unprofessionalism I faced from this service is astonishing. I genuinely regret my decision to choose them. Their service is unreliable, their communication is lacking, and the overall quality of their performance falls far below acceptable standards. I strongly urge anyone considering them to think carefully.
