Customer Service was brilliant. They were so helpful and replied to my emails very quickly. I had missed the Christmas deadline but with a few tweaks were able to do my jewellery and get it back to me in time for Christmas. The necklace was beautiful and I would definitely recommend to anybody to use this company.

I’ve only had my ashes ring for a few months, The silver has tarnished and will not clean even with jewelry cleaner. I do not believe the piece I received is real silver which is very disappointing in contrast to a necklace I have from another company that has been perfect for over 3 years. Very disappointing and upsetting for a piece that is meant to last and hold the memory of my beloved pet which was also a gift from my partner. A waste of £200.
