Was really pleased with my charm with my sisters ashes. Looked at many sites and decided on this one. Having never done anything like this before, Nicky Memorial Jewellery kept me informed all the way through. When I had a query they came back to me straight away. They send all the packaging out to you to safely send your precious ashes to them. Received it back really quickly in the time scale they said. Would definitely recommend.
The most amazing customer service, had troubles with Royal Mail and they went above and beyond to ensure that I got my parcel in time. Even a little email before posting to explain how the ring had come out. Beautiful jewellery, 10/10 would buy from them again.
