They never sent me my order! I placed an order from this company on February 11th, 2026. The website states a 5-10 business day shipping. I contacted the company email on February 21st, 2026 since I hadn’t received any shipping info. The company replied stating the items wouldn’t ship until after 02-24 due to a holiday. It is now 02-28 and still no shipping update. I emailed back requesting a refund on all items and still have not received a reply.
The experience with customer service started off decently; however, when I inquired about a refund, I received no response. I sought a refund due to the misleading specifications of the product, which left me disappointed with my purchase, especially since I was within the 30-day return window. While the device itself is interesting, it does not live up to the advertised claims.
The products are impressive. For those looking to engage in varmint hunting without overspending, this service provides quality items. While they may not rival premium brands, if you're simply looking to enjoy nighttime activities without a significant expense, they have you covered.
I've purchased some of the original thermals and have loved them since. I've had them for over a year, and they still work flawlessly. I enjoy taking them on night hikes with friends; we have a lot of fun using them in the forest to play hide and seek and see what animals we can spot—never disappoints!
